NIHR BEAT-Lupus video

A video to promote a clinical trial delivered by the National Institute for Health Research (NIHR). Their BEAT-Lupus trial is looking for a new improved treatment for Lupus, a long-term condition causing inflammation to the joints, skin and other organs - a disease which has no cure

Objective

To raise awareness of the medicine discovery by the NIHR in partnership with NHS, academia and industry bodies. The video, through marketing activity, also needed to help with the recruitment of patients for clinical trials delivered by the NIHR.

Twelve Communications worked with NIHR Office for Clinical Research Structure (NOCRI) to design, film and produce the BEAT-Lupus video.

The project involved complex messaging and a lot of different stakeholders who needed to sign off on the video. Caroline was fantastic at providing advice during the planning stage, she had invaluable advice on how our ideas could be executed and she turned our vision into a great final product.
